and there is a special tool and a procedure to get the level just right at operating temperature. you can buy the fluid from the dealer, but the filler plug is in a tough spot and is awkward even with the correct pump. You

need to check the fluid level by removing the top plug on the

transmission and that is also where you fill it. The level should

If it is a stick shift, you have to find the filler BOLT few inches above the drain bolt you removed. You fill it using a long funnel and pour it from the top or a oil pump from the bottom.
